After a long, cold winter in Victoria and Tasmania, we’re thrilled to finally feel the warmth of the sun as spring arrives! The change in seasons brings renewed energy and we are excited about what lies ahead.

The Victorian and Tasmanian AGM took place in August and I am pleased to announce that all 2024 committee members have committed to serving another year with the IHHC.

We’re also thrilled to welcome three new committee members: Coin Roberts, Fiona Hog, and Matthew Elkins. Their fresh perspectives and ideas will help ensure the continued sustainability of our committee and we are eager to collaborate with them.

The Excellence Awards night was a tremendous success and has grown in popularity over the past five years. A special thank you to Comcater for hosting the event at their new Port Melbourne Showroom. It was a wonderful evening and we’d like to congratulate all the nominees and winners of the Excellence Awards. Your dedication and contributions to the industry are truly inspiring, and it is clear that each of you deserves the recognition you’ve received.

The Victorian and Tasmanian Committee looks forward to seeing you at the National Conference in Perth. We can’t wait to reconnect and catch up with everyone during the event!
