VIC/TAS Branch Report

Lisa Cranham VIC/TAS Branch Chair

As the festive season approaches I’d like to take this opportunity to reflect on the year we’ve shared and express my heartfelt gratitude for your dedication, professionalism and unwavering commitment to the healthcare and aged care sectors.

2024 has been a remarkable year of collaboration, innovation and resilience. Recent highlights for the Victorian branch included the tour of St John of God Healthcare Geelong and Joan Kirner Women’s and Children’s Hospital in St Albans, which provided valuable insights into two different styles of foodservice operations, demonstrating the high standards for which our industry strives.

Looking ahead to 2025, I am excited about the opportunities awaiting us, particularly the National Conference in Melbourne. This event will be a fantastic opportunity to connect, share knowledge and celebrate our achievements. I encourage you all to save the date and participate in what promises to be a memorable gathering.

Christmas is a time for connection, reflection and hope. As you take a well-deserved break I encourage you to celebrate your achievements, cherish time with loved ones and recharge for the year ahead.

Wishing you a joyous Christmas and a New Year filled with health, happiness and prosperity.

Warm regards
